Why can't I see protected folders on my USB drive?

Protected folders appear unassociated on a computer where Password Protect USB has never been run. You can run Password Protect USB from the program installation directory on your USB drive and the program will create file associations. After that you can see protected folders in the right pane of Windows Explorer and open them by a double-click (you will be prompted for the password).

What size memory sticks does Password Protect USB support?

You can install Password Protect USB on a memory stick of any size. Please note that the program does not protect all the memory stick but folders on it.
